Carl Eatmon, is currently the Vice President/Operations of Gospel Warehouse Records, Inc. since 2001, which has given birth to several up-
coming artists such as the late Minister Darrell Pitts & Chosen, Dr.Theola Booker and Friends (who made the ballot in the first round of the
Grammys), Stellar Nominated Zie’l, and Minister James A. Willis, Jr. & the Nu Praze Chorale. Gospel Warehouse Records, Inc. has also
partnered with Light Records which includes artists such as: Shirley Caesar, Coko (formerly of SWV), Bishop Albert Jamison, Judith Christi-
McAllister, Youthful Praise, Bishop Paul S. Morton, and Gary Mayes & Nu Era. Along with this very challenging position, he also wears several
hats such as music promoter, booking manager, music co-producer, website and web blast/graphics designer.
He is known in the gospel music business as a person of honesty and integrity…but don’t let his easy-going demeanor fool you, for he is a very
up-front person and incredibly instrumental in conducting business in a very professional and effective manner.
Carl actually began in the music business as a singer for Gospel Warehouse Records, Inc. with ‘Darrell Pitts & Chosen’, and was very shortly
noticed by Herman Burroughs, Founder/CEO of Gospel Warehouse Records, Inc. After a short time of working together, Mr. Burroughs
recognized that Carl was the “one” he could depend on for anything that was required. Carl proved his diligence and integrity in working as a
team with Herman on several projects for the record label and the rest is history!
Carl has collaborated on several music projects with the likes of the late Darrell Pitts, Eric Carrington, Dr. Theola Booker along with producer
Phillip Moore of “Noize R Us Productions.” and national recording artist, Shawn McLemore. He has also served as booking agent for several
functions consisting of both local and national artists. The ‘Greater St. Matthew Church Annual Men’s Bar-B-Q Cook-Off & Gospel Festival” in its
17th year and “The Youth Jam Session,” in its 6th year have both become highly anticipated citywide events with several local and national
recording artists participating. A certified paralegal and presently enrolled in the University of Phoenix pursuing an BS in IT and the Art Institute
pursuing an BS in Graphic Design. Carl has held several management positions in non-music related companies, and has been a business
partner in his own successful business. He is an adamant believer in honesty, hard work and delivers nothing less than excellence in the
presentation of himself, which exudes in the end result of his work.
After several request from individual artist to manage and/or book them, DarMik Management/Entertainment, Inc. was created in 2007. Keeping
the signature development of Gospel Warehouse Records, Inc., DarMik Management Entertainment is also Creating, Developing and Enhancing
